• Description: Receiving area just inside the main gate of the Millers Falls Company factory in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Structure in rear is marked "Goodell-Pratt" and likely constructed prior to 1900. Millers Falls acquired the Greenfield site in 1931 when it purchased the Goodell-Pratt Company. Plant's employee entrance at left, in front of automobile.
